Fractional laser Clear Lift

ClearLift is the only Q-switch fractional medical laser at the market available. Modern technology makes it possible to supply high energy to the skin in a very short period of time. Currently, ClearLift is an irreplaceable laser in anti-aging therapy. Owing to the ClearLift laser, reduction of wrinkles, stimulation of collagen fiber formation have become a painless treatment and does not require a recuperation period accompanying other fractional treatments. The Clear Lift laser works on the dermis mechanically and not like most lasers thermally. Without damaging the epidermis, it creates controlled excitations in the dermis that begins the process of producing new collagen, which, in turn, makes the skin firm, fresh and well-tensed. The laser allows you to engage various skin depths as well as it is also equipped with various exchangeable nozzles. The ClearLift fractional laser is the most comprehensive and advanced laser that allows you to modify the depth of the laser beam during one treatment, adjusting the individual treatment to the needs of a patient. As with every fractional treatment, the effect are cumulative and results and benefits occur gradually. Because during one treatment about 20-25% 20-25% of the skin surface is being radiated, it is recommended to carry out a series of about 3-5 treatments to maximize the best possible results. CONTRAINDICATIONS

• fresh tan, use of self-tanning creams and bronzers

• vulnerability to keloids formation
• the use of photosensitising medications: i.e. tetracycline, doxycycline and vitamin A deriviates
• albinism
• blood coagulation disorders

PRE- TREATMENT RECOMMENDATIONS

Four weeks before the treatment, the use of products that increase the sensitivity of the skin should be discontinued, i.e. creams containing retinol, isotretinoin, fruit acids, vitamin C.
Seven days before the treatment, St. John’s wort and marigold should be discontinued.
The treatment is performed on un-tanned skin. 

COURSE OF THE TREATMENT

Clear Lift treatment is painless, therefore it does not require local anaesthetics. Directly after the treatment the skin treated with laser may be red and swollen and the patient experiences a minor feeling of warmth which fades away after a few hours. The above mentioned treatment takes about 15-40 minutes. The treatment does not require recuperation. 

POST- TREATMENT RECOMMENDATIONS

Healing creams such as Avene Cicaflate or Bioderma Cicabio are recommended for the recuperation of the skin after the treatment. The treatment can be performed at any time in the year with the use products which provide sufficient sunscreen protection.
